Also, OP... ever seen a pride of lions on TV? This place is similar. If you're decent with them and respect the fact that they will eat you if it pleases them, you'll live a lot longer. Most people just try to stay away, personally I'm more of a "TIGER, tiger, burning bright. In the forests of the night,. What immortal hand or eye. Could frame thy fearful symmetry?" kind of guy and enjoy them.
Provoking them is bad for you... so here's a tip for future posts:
- Post your thoughts, even if they are incoherent ramblings
- Make a comment about said thoughts
- Pose a question that will at least spark something other than FT's interest
- Thank them for the time they took to read and respond

Heh heh, spot on. The pride of lions things works pretty well as a description here because lions are pretty chill unless you come in clearly marking yourself as prey, you come in to provoke, you want something that's pretty much only to benefit yourself like wank material, or you're trying to get somewhere under false pretences. As an outsider, I have to say the group here is intelligent and for the most part helpful while being no one's fool so buyer beware- you don't get to direct the outcome to go exactly as you want it especially if you do any of the things I mentioned earlier.
OP, you had a purpose in mind for posting this thread - I'm not sure what it was really. If you want people to give you feedback you have to let them know what you want to discuss in a more clear manner. If you present things as a guessing game then don't be offended when people guess or lose patience. This is a written medium, get your act together and make sure people know what the hell you are talking about. Would you ask a stranger for directions to the local store without identifying what type of store you wanted and what area you wanted to go to?
