as far as i know, there's not much you can do about the second one, but the first one -- i read once that getting to the edge of orgasm, then pressing on the head of your cock can help the feeling subside. then you simply repeat a few times. supposedly you can do that regularly and teach yourself to have more endurance.
i am not the owner of a dick, nor have i dated anyone with this problem, so i don't know if it even works. but there's a suggestion

If it's actually precum, then there's no shaking it (pun intended). It's a natural response and she should be happy she's exciting you that much. If it's a problem, have her put a towel down first. Works fine for juicy women, imagine it'll do the same for you.

Status: offline 		i just don't see how pre-cum is an issue. i've had guys who hardly produce any at all, to the guy i have now who just dribbles as soon as he's hard. i actually love it and it's an excellent lube to get started with.

i must say it's a bit like a guy saying that a woman is just too wet. it's not her who has the issue, it's him. some maybe that is the case here too.
