The image the words 'ball busting' brings to mind is disgusting and requires immediate medical attention.

Assuming you're not talking about actually busting someone's testicles, and only about pain play involving the testicles, I absolutely love doing it to my partner, but I rarely use my feet. If I do use my feet, I am not wearing anything, since we don't wear socks and shoes in the house.

I have seen someone get a ballbusting.Its not my thing.Too sensitive of an area.I would just drop to the groud being immobile.It wouldn't be fun for me or her.

The ball busting fetish is squeezing and popping the balls with your fingers or (preferable by many) your foot or boot heel. Not something that should be done by the squeamish or inexperienced, you could easily do permanent damage.
