It is pronounced Zie, and for the OP, there have been no supports that have stated this problem in the last 24 hours. If you are using something other than IE, or have made ANY changes at all in the browser you are using in the way of addons or options in the last 24 hours, I would suggest using that to see if the problem is replicated. If it is, there is a Support button on the bottom of the page on the other side you can click to state your problem to staff that can help you. As to the time frame of supports being answered and taken care of, there used to be a problem. Now the supports are answered in a timely manner, and to the one that stated a year to resolve a problem, I know for a fact that this user has had a problem in the last few months, and it was resolved in less than 24 hours. Because this thread serves no useful purpose, I am locking it but leaving it so the OP can see what their choice is for resolution.
