Yes, "We the people..." of The United States of America exercised their Constitutional power to put Health Care Reform, and many other good things into action across all 50 states; your side lost! Get over it! Oh sorry, I forgot, your not adult enough to handle something like that (and we got the history books to prove it).

According to your 'concept of reality', you should be singing praises of the Affordable Care Act, and the Recovery and Reinvestment Act; because 'We the people..." did something. So, either your 'full of it', or you fully support what the ACA and the R&RA (with the idea towards making improvements on both). Which one is it, RJ?

That is pure unadulterated horseshit, you should at least educate yourself at a preschool level on these matters before engaging in the discussion.

Good for you tommie, you got one right.  Both of you are in the same boat in lack of understanding, and you recognize that.

There is evidence available that certain leftists have tried to infiltrate Tea Party rallies with fake hateful signs and offering phony interviews to the media, and someone at your level of intelligence could think that it up, so why not

First... its wrong. Regardless of who sent it or why... its just plain wrong.

Second, many could have sent that for a number of reasons.

The point is that you preach out of both sides of your mouth, mnot.

I shouldnt have to point that out to you, by the way.

show us the credible evidence available, and then tell us how that relates to the phony shit that is constantly put out by the nutsuckers.

I tend to think they are going to ignore it until they have proof of who sent it.

Hopefully the Court will dismiss their case out of hand due to lack of standing.

That is the hope of the doomed, how is it they don't have standing, they are talking about somebody they know, themselves.

Fortunately for the Unions, the Courts are not full of total idiots that seem to infest the GOP in Wisconsin. Judges are pretty educated and intelligent people; they have to be, given the circumstances of the job. The people that handle much of the workload they (the Judges) are expected to deal with from start to finish, is by folks in various Unions.

Judges (and mediators) typically see more often, the affects when workers have disputes with management. The worker has finite resources, where as management has virtually unlimited resources. So every court case starts off, heavily weighed in management's favor. Without proper protections for workers, management will only gain more advantages to further convert US workers into a slave class. Which is what conservatives crave for some unknown reason (see the Texas anti-immigration bill that allows illegal aliens to STILL work, if they are servants/slaves).

It'll be hard for a Judge to have allies from fellow coworkers, by screwing over the Unions. Those coworkers could turn a Judge's life into a living hell very quickly. Particularly in states where judges are elected to their position. That's why we have checks and balances in our system folks, to protect the minority from being abused and marginalized.

Oh, I know it has been blathered about, and pimped off as something of substance, but never a credible citation, so.....
