That is the hope of the doomed, how is it they don't have standing, they are talking about somebody they know, themselves. Fortunately for the Unions, the Courts are not full of total idiots that seem to infest the GOP in Wisconsin. Judges are pretty educated and intelligent people; they have to be, given the circumstances of the job. The people that handle much of the workload they (the Judges) are expected to deal with from start to finish, is by folks in various Unions. Judges (and mediators) typically see more often, the affects when workers have disputes with management. The worker has finite resources, where as management has virtually unlimited resources. So every court case starts off, heavily weighed in management's favor. Without proper protections for workers, management will only gain more advantages to further convert US workers into a slave class. Which is what conservatives crave for some unknown reason (see the Texas anti-immigration bill that allows illegal aliens to STILL work, if they are servants/slaves). It'll be hard for a Judge to have allies from fellow coworkers, by screwing over the Unions. Those coworkers could turn a Judge's life into a living hell very quickly. Particularly in states where judges are elected to their position. That's why we have checks and balances in our system folks, to protect the minority from being abused and marginalized.
