Seems as if Mistress Miyani has used a form of suggestion, semi-hypnotic suggestion by tactile sensation overloads to trick the sub into such belief.
It is documented in our country how to actually create such stimulation as to convince a detainee of such things, similar to the concept of "mock drowning" or "suffocation simulation" as Waterboarding, but it normally takes, when done in such settings, some sleep deprivation and mental anguish to allow the mind to bend the perception standards and therefore create such illusions, it is also part of our SERE training during our mandatory military service year.
Once the mind is willing, as in a sub whose Mistress leads by the use of her creative narrative skills and the scene´s settings, a semi-hypnotic suggestion can occur, even if not aware of such, that places the mind in a position where the feedback creates or augments sensations so as to make someone feel his Mistress´hands are inside his body when in truth, they are just touching him in a manner in the outside, without even breaking skin.
