Morning all, may be a stupid question but bear with me as I'm very, very new to the forum section and the site in general. My question is this, are there State specific forum posting areas? What I mean is are there any areas where the majority of the persons posting and replying are from the same geographic area? I only ask this as where I live it is virtually impossible to travel out of state in under a week unless your flying out and would like to meet others in my local. Any helpfull input would be appreciated.
P.S. A big thank you goes out to my son and the soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines currently serving in harms way. Please remember them as men and women helping each other get home alive while serving our country. Remember them always...."For those who have borne the brunt of battle"....

No, but you can search profiles that way.

Welcome.

My impression is that you can start up a chat room on any subject, and I don't see why a geographic location couldn't be the basis.

But groups by location isn't really collarme's thing.  You might try fet.

A belated thanks to all those that responded....either the email notification for responses box wasn't checked or I missed them all...in any event thanks for the info everyone as well as the welcomes. Maybe I'll get lucky and just bump into someone....then again who knows, right.
