I've had it done a bunch of times, I'm fine. Good to get the info about the vein supplying blood flow though. Interestingly enough she uses two, one on either side of my tongue. She has a medical backround, so I am wondering if that is on purpose for safety reasons. I just assumed she used two to be extra bitchey...LOL.

Ahhhhh, clothespins are for wimps. Spring loaded alligator clips now....very nice.

Well, let's see, your employer limits the amount of time you can take off, gas prices and airfares skyrocket, you can't just jump in the car for a quick weekend because it's a 2-3 day drive to get there. It's really not that simple. Doable with some work and patience, yes, but simple, no.

Agree about the clothespins...Master uses Japanese Clover Clamps on my tongue when I get "mouthy"; I'll take clothespins any day after He makes me jump up and down with one set of clamps on my tongue and another set on my nipples.

From a safety perspective, clothes pins on the tongue should be just fine if you follow "standard" safety protocols (20 minutes max, don't cut off major blood supply, etc.). While it contains a large number of nerve endings, it is also almost entirely muscle making it a very resilient and a good spot for BDSM (just like the butt, thighs, upper back, etc.)

And how did you come to the conclusion that it could do no permanent damage in the 10 minutes since you posted your op. Did you find info somewhere that told you the info, maybe talk to a doctor or did you just take the word of internet strangers who said they didn't think it would?
I agree with thishereboi. I know the wooden ones don't get terribly tight, but the metal ones do. Sadism is all fun and good, but 20 minutes seems like a long time, to something so highly vasularized... Though I suppose, you could damage some vessels for that same reason, and still have it function well. *shrugs*

I love clothespins on my tongue, 5 of them is perfect and also other lips too, pulled off in a zipper. mmmmmm yummy
