Things to watch out for:

Circulation:
Key for being wrapped up for longer periods is not to wrap too tight. More layers is better versus tighter wrap. More layers will achieve the immobilization you are looking for as each layer adds stiffness.

Overheating:
Probably the 2nd biggest danger. A fan can be used to cool you down if you get too hot. There person should monitor you and give you fluids as needed.

Hypothermia:
Here is one that many people miss. If you are wrapped up especially in plastic wrap where you sweat cannot evoporate, the wet body will quickly carry heat away from the body after play has stopped. If you are in a cool room or laying on a cold floor, you can loose body heat quickly. You will find out that once the play has stopped and you are not moving or struggling, you can get rather cold. You may need a light blanket to cover you up for warmth.

Communication:
You will need to set up some sort of communication if your mouth will be covered. I would set up a preselected set of questions for you host to ask you. Grunts, hand squeezes, head movement or whatever can be used to communicate yes or no. EG: 1 grunt = Yes, 2 grunts = no. Questions to may set up are Do you need a drink? Do you need to talk? Do you need to stop? etc

You also might consider a key chain panic alarm. You can buy this in a hardware store for $20. YOu get wrapped up with the remote in your hand. If you get into real danger and cannot communicate simple hit the key chain alarm button.

Cramping:
You should be wrapped in a natural body position to prevent muscle cramps. For example if you feet are wrapped up tight with your toes pointed ballerina style, you more than likely will end up with a severe cramp before the night is over. The most comfortable for me is arms at my sides, legs together taking care to wrap the feet at their normal 90 degree postion to legs.

Urination:
Two thoughts here. One can be a diaper. A second option for guys is whats called a condom catheter. Nothing goes inside you. It simple slips on like a normal condom but had a tube at the end of the condom that gets attached to a "leg" drainage bag. The bag is seal with a valve so the bag can be removed and emptied at any time and then hooked back up again. Condom Catheters are cheap, easy to use, and can be bought at most home medical supply stores. Its common medical items for older men with incontinence and does not require any type prescription. The condom catheter and bag cost less then $10.
