Hello :)
i've been "lurking" for quite some time now on this site and have really enjoyed the entusiasm of all the kinkster out there and found it both interesting and educational. anyway, i've finally registered and thought i had better introduce myself.

my name is Leo; i live in italy and I am a 23 boy just looking for experienced "friends" and who knows, maybe more than a friend :)
Thank you for peeking at this message.
my sub regards to all

Hello and welcome

Waiting for a D to hunt you will likely mean waiting for a very long time! Far better for you to do some looking for yourself and do read the Ask a Mistress forum for hot tips on how to write to Ladies successfully! In brief - address Her by Her screen name, DO read Her profile and refer to it in your note, don't promise your life to Her straight off (She wants to think it's HER that matters, not any old Domme!), and do check your spelling and grammar (though being Italian, that might let you off the hook a bit). Don't use textspeak ... Hel0 how ru ... never wins prizes!! Look for people local (by that I mean somewhere within visiting distance) ... and good luck!

Welcome to CM and the boards Leo.  And MaamJay gave you great advice.  Good luck in your search.

Thank you again to everyone for the warm welcome and advices.
I will keep on trying, the worse thing could be to be blocked for being not proper.. isn't it :)

Welcome. I looked at your profile. I'd suggest that you add what part of Italy. Again, look for local contacts. If you're in a city, check for local groups. Being a beginner is NO problem. Remember that we ALL started with ZERO knowledge. Many here - and locally - actually LIKE to help beginners. I know I do. What I say, is "The more people who know more about BDSM, the more people there are to play with." LOL!

You have been given good advice. On the internet, straight Female Doms do NOT "hunt." They do not have to. READ that link as suggested. BEHAVE as suggested.

Your attitude is refreshing and will carry you far. Too many beginner male subs think the first person they approach will be the ONE for them for the rest of their lives. I will not say "Never happens." I'll say "If it happens you are very lucky."

All in all, keep learning and be sure to look for real-life experiences.

Do you draw the cartoon on your profile? If so, mention that in your profile. I see you have "cartoon" under the list of your likes. There is also a place here on Collarme to show original artwork.

The more you write on the message boards, the more of your personality shows.

So far, you have done a GREAT job.

Keep up the good work!

Regards, Lance
P.S. If I were in your area in Italy, we might have a meeting soon. LOL!
