While we go on about our daily lives, from time to time it is good to reflect upon the suffering of others. This helps us to not only keep a compassionate outlook but also to remind us of our inner connectivity with all of humanity. I ask that you pray for the lost and dead of Japan and take a moment of silence. Thank you. Nmaste, Namo Buddhaya.
