Today I am grateful to have shelter from the elements, food to eat, indoor plumbing with clean water...and just all of those amenities we regularly take for granted. I may not have material wealth, but what I do have I am grateful for.

What are you grateful to have in your life?

I'm grateful for family and friends that love me, and to love unconditionally. I'm grateful that I have a decent job, a home that's affordable, and a vehicle that's paid off. I'm grateful for the abundance of blessings in my life, and that I'm able to share in those blessings.

I'm grateful for the kindness of strangers, butterflies, and the sound of children's laughter, and that I'm able to witness, see, and hear those things.

I'm especially greatful for Hershey's Milk Chocolate with Almonds and Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. Oh, and yellow Peeps.

I'm grateful that friends told me not to give up looking for 'the one' when I was so despondent last year. Without their blunt (and painful) words of honesty, I would not be in my currently happily owned state

I'm grateful for my extra weight, so that I can look forward to the wonderful feeling of accomplishment when it finally comes off lol

I am grateful for the friends I've met here. I'm grateful that I can be there for others when needed, and that they truly appreciate it. And that when the reverse is there, they do the same for me.

I'm grateful that although I'm unable to work, I still have a roof over my head, gas in my car and food on my table. I have a dad who loves me unconditionally, who is my rock and my support. I've found a 2nd mom in his g/f and I'm accepted for who I am, by her entire family who treat me as one of their own.

I'm grateful that I've finally come to realize that I will no longer settle. I deserve the best, because I am worthy of the love and respect I give so unconditionally. That the *me* I am, faults and all, is the best *me* I can be. I finally realized that only I can make sure of my happiness and don't need a man to be complete. Being by myself does not equate being unworthy.

the sun is out
my doggie will get better
i have a roof, food and water, a super snuggly bed and blankies
my car is running fine
my relatives are all doing well
i have great friends
i don't have to leave the house to do laundry
i'm not dying of any horrible illness or in particularly bad shape
the smoothie maker
a yard
no natural disaster has, as of yet, destroyed everything i have
the time i had with a wonderful person, before the cataclysm
being able to hear, see, smell, touch, and taste
creativity, imagination
