it is an imageboard website, orignallyl created to post images and stories about manga and anime but instead turned into a board where teenyboppers berate each other, use bullying tactics against each other and just has become a hate mongering site.

Everytime you hear on the news about internet bullying and edging suicidal people on? It's usually from 4chan.
