.......How she would handle shit like Sarah Palin and Glenn Beck.

Hopefully she would flush.

I think that is my biggest gripe with Obama... and one I dont believe I would have with Hillary.

You got no clue do you ?

Cry on TV and I think you need to go home, you do not belong in a piosition of power. The responsibility that comes with power requires that you set your emotions aside, and think logically and without prejudice. I will not claim to be able to do so, but I am godammn sure nobody else can.

T^T

First of all, I didn't see her crying in that video.

Maybe becoming a little emotional, but not crying.

Contrast that to this:

Imagine if McCain got in, had a heart attack and died two days after the swearing in ceremony and Palin was made President. What would the country be like then?

A lot better off than it is now.

President Palin.

You want someone dumber than Dan Quayle to occupy the oval office?

I'm wondering what that says about you.

But here you go.

Be sure to click around, it's a lot of fun.

I always do when I watch replays of the Indians losing the '97 World Series in extra innings in game seven.

That is frakkin' funny. Keep clicking on the desk for the number of wolf kills. Shred Roe v Wade and the rainbow flag. Lots of cool stuff hidden there.

ROFLMAO......you have no desire at all to be taken seriously, do you ?

Mike, even the Brazilians don't like Obama.
He was booed, there were large demonstrations in the streets.
And the "passengers" on AF 1 looked like a who's who of Fortune 500 companies.
That cannot be a good thing for working people in this country!
"Nafta", "Brafta???"
This guy is more Republican than Bush ever thought of being!

I thought it was a genuine moment, and absolutely respect them, in the right context, and in the presense of words with integrity.
I too, wax nostalgic at the possibility of how much better off we would be, if Hillary was elected instead. M

I thought Hillary was being genuine there, too. I believe that was just before NH, and she got a surge of primary votes from the women of NH as well. Oddly enough the woman who asked the question voted for Obama.

Geez it is stunning to me that here we are in 2011 and we have this rampant allergy to emotion that if it wasnt stupid, dangerous and cruel it would be laughable.

You know what it shows? It really shows how much an individual is sitting on while they are "controlling". You see the fear around it? Oh dont cry, dear Lord dont cry...dont show fear it is weak, dont let anger move it may end in serious violence...

Judging emotions triggers people into a fear that things will spin out of control, that perhaps if they lift the lid they may never get it back on and what?- go crazy?

Seriously this culture and world of ours needs to stop stuffing our emotions, medicating and loathing them and running from them like they are the plague. Emotions are rife with understanding and the understanding is very often not made visible until after the emotion has been given berth to express.

Holy Snot what is wrong with us all? They are f e e l i n g s.

It is funny and sad to watch hope folks cover up our feelings in so many ways. Think about it. There are so many ways people try to compensate, to present themselves as together etc and often these things are to cover deep seated feelings of inadequacy for one thing. Women injecting their ass fat into their face, men getting hair plugs etc. Emotion haters can wreak havoc on individuals and society. We need to back it up and let some emotional expression be part of our world and not judge them as base, lower class, out of control, dangerous. I will take a person with feelings over some controlled, held back, emotion hater any day.
