Based on the fact that W had everyfuckingbody in the world ramped up with his bellicose and belligerent rhetoric, and within a week Obama said, no, we ain't gonna do that ignorant asswipe that hillbilly motherfucker of a W was spouting they gave him a Peace Prize, because when you stare into the gaping maw of ignoramuses bent on destruction and along comes a guy who laughs at them and diffuses the world tensions? Yeah, he can keep it.
