Oh bull shit... don't put this off on her as if you are a helpless guy. I am not going to believe that after you asked how to get her to be more creative etc. Own up to your own behavior. You want to keep going with this online thing so much you are wanting to find ways to improve it. If you wanted to meet her and she wouldn't allow it, then you would be gone, not trying to make it better by topping her or the situation. What? is she making you think too hard and this is making it difficult to concentrate on masturbating? Poor you. It's terrible isn't it? It's amazing just how self-centred and inconsiderate some dommes are. They just don't understand that a quick one off the wrist is quite complicated. It takes a lot of concentration and thinking. I mean, you could strain your wrist if you're not careful, not to mention tugging the foreskin out of shape, and you have to maintain the exact rhythm so that you don't damage the bishop's helmet and be especially careful to make sure all the drops of jizz end up on the tissue. And then you have to shake it the right way so that you don't end up with knob cheese.
