HOWEVER, it's not so much the image as who took it since unless it was a "work for hire" the photographer owns the copyright.  Copyright law is a pretty settled body.  If someone used my image or that of Libby of which I was the copyright holder, I'd go after them on that grounds.  The rewards could be significant.  I've had a few run-in with people who used parts of Loving Dominant on their websites, so far no one has gone all the way to court but even with my lawyer getting his pound of flesh the settlements have been a nice addition to my retirement.
