well said. Whilst it is sad that she is gone, though for me she wasn't really known from the screens, I am glad that she could move on considering the amount of news and worries about her health in recent years...sometimes I believe it is better to rest when the time is come.

RIP Liz

[sm=river.gif]  RIP, Elizabeth.

I used to watch all of her movies on tv when I was a kid, and have several on DVD here at home.  I will have to pick up National Velvet so my son can watch her performance, as well as Cleopatra.

With the new actors and actresses...somehow they are not like these ones from the past.  Each one's death is like the passing of an era and makes me feel so much older.

Rest peacefully, Mz. Taylor. I will miss you. The world was a better place with you in it.

I knew a Dominatrix up in N.E. Mass with red hair and violet eyes. Very pretty as well.
They say violet eyes are a mutation. But, about 10,000 years ago in s.w. Russia there was one man with blue eyes who all of us with blue eyes are supposedly related to.

Sad but not surprised to hear she's passed. Been halfway expecting it since the news article a few weeks ago on her hospitalization. Another Hollywood Legend gone.
