This article is the truth. People get so brainwashed with right wing ideology it can take years to relearn and understand what’s really going on in the economy and politically. Hopefully, people are being re-educated, even if it's hard way, to never vote conservative/Republican.

So Be It: Why Americans Shouldn’t Be Surprised By the Republican Agenda

After approximately two-and-a-half months, the Republican majority in the House has demonstrated their unwillingness to work to create jobs, improve the economy, or help the American people. The situation is worse in states with Republican governors and majorities in the legislatures where the middle class is under assault and corporations are being given tax breaks that are wreaking havoc on state budgets.

At long last, Americans are waking up to the fact that Republicans are not working for the people’s benefit, and it is discouraging that it took a Republican victory in the midterm elections to comprehend the amount of damage they will inflict on Americans.

Many Americans are shocked that Republicans have caused so much damage in such a short time and are surprised that they have not fulfilled their pledge to create jobs. No-one should be surprised because the Republicans spent the previous two years obstructing the Obama Administration’s legislative agenda and they did it with great aplomb and indignation. The simple fact is that Republicans do not care about Americans unless they own corporations or are extremely wealthy.

During the first two years of the Obama presidency, Republicans blocked and held up legislation aimed at providing assistance for Americans. They obstructed banking reform, health care reform, jobs bills, and any measure meant to help or protect working class Americans. Throughout their two-year obstructionist run, they never gave justification for protecting financial institutions or the oil industry except that it was bad for the economy and killed jobs. Many voters fell for the notion that Republicans had to be in power to create jobs and jump start the economy so they handed control of the House to Republicans and teabaggers.

As a comedian put it: "The Republicans are party of bad ideas, the Democrats are party of no ideas". Therefore, America has an ideological crisis.

Good one, although backwards.

I have made over ten thousand posts and some of them have to deal with this.

You are a senator OK ? You don't even make two hundred grand a year. You have five houses, a big boat and perhaps ten cars. And those deadbeat fucking taxpayers won't give them to you for free.

Look at your agenda for the day. The morning is full of your buddies who are your fundraisers to finance your reelection (this on the very first day). Then lunch with your trophy or well connected Wife. In the afternoon you have meetings with ex Enron execs, AIPAC, BP oil reps and Citibank. And that's a slow day. You delete all the email from your constituents and call it a day, fuck a whore and settle down in a hot tub, wishing for a good night's sleep, which hopefully you never get.

Next day there is a vote on the floor, and you are in a quandry as to whom to piss off today, will it be BP, or Shell ? Will it be Microsoft or Apple ? Will it be GM or Ford ? You go home at two in the afternoon, change, go fuck a whore and settle back into the hottub and try to get to sleep once again. You dream of your campaign promises and realize that you have bitten off more than you can chew.

Your stomach is upset, you used to be an athelete and in tip top shape and now it takes a team of neurosurgeons round the clock to treat your ulcer. You get bitter and start thinking "Know what, fuck them all". You tell a couple of bigwigs off and you get a phone call, which informs to that you are pretty much nothing but a puppet, a talking head with no more importance than a TV news anchorman.

Days and years go by and you are up for reelection and you almost TRY to fuck up so you do not get reelected because the retirement is literally better than the job.

You have to be trusted by the people that you lie to,
So that when they turn their backs on you,
You'll get the chance to put the knife in,

Then you go down south,
Put your head in the sand,
Just another,
Lonely old Man,
All alone,
Dying of cancer.

If you think this is a partisan issue, you are a sheeple. Fuck it I said it. They are all fucking crooked, but then they are only partly to blame. It is forced upon them.

Until you ALL understand this you will never understand the fucking problem and thus will never get a clue about how to solve it.

Got it, get it ? Good.

T^T

Most people aren't paying attention. Most people aren't aware that there are loopholes where oild companies making billions in profits, are given massive tax breaks.
Most people, are too lazy to learn, and care. It's incredibly sad, that those people who are most vociferous in their tea party protests, don't realize the republicans have them bent over, and poised to keep them in those positions. M
