Why are we racing; what’s the hurry?

What are we racing toward?

Some questions that popped into my head, while reading some recent threads, I felt a need to ask.

If we are busy being rats, could it be because we have not quite grasped how to be human?

Yes, I have watched that. I felt the same, and a little saddened; but, yeah, definitely a cool show. : D

Status: offline 		Do you think the idea would go viral, if passed along on something as simple as a bumper sticker? We don’t seem to be getting it.

Perhaps these days, a video posted on youtube would be more appropriate.

Feels like, all this running is just getting us to the end that much faster

What is up with all these silly labels? Libyans and Egyptians are African, not Middle Eastern or Arabian like Saudi's, Iraqi's, Iranians.....oh wait......Iranians might be Asians. And what they heck are the Kurds????? When will we get away from labels and start seeing people as people instead of a label or a color???????

Observations such as these are what I really love about the community.   It is o'k for me to say "I like you, but that's not my kink" and no one will think twice about it.   When will the rest of the world learn to get away from labels and to simply look at the person?

Evolution, happiness and personal fulfillment.

Time is relative and proportionate to age and death is gradually accelerating towards us. Thing is death doesn't exist until it happens.

It is the nature of God (or whatever) to create the unknown out of infinity and the nature of Man to make the unknown known.

Each of us is racing towards an objective of some sort in our lives inspired by what we learn and a thirst for knowledge and experience.

However, collectively, together with everything else in the Universe and the Universe itself, we are racing towards infinity.

When you understand that everyone is mad and life is crazy it all makes sense.

They were still teaching these three "races" when I took Sociology years and years ago.

I would argue there is just one race. If we were truly different "races", one wouldn't be able to reproduce with either of the other two, would they?

That's exactly right. Pops is regurgitating that 19th century bullshit that the Eugenecists promulgated. I really don't even think he's capable of understanding genetics. I know he's incapable of understanding climate science.
