Follow the link RS provided, you can put stuff under your name by filling in the area on your FORUMS profile by writing it in the where you live lines.
The stuff above your name changes as your post count goes up, though when you reach a certain count you can ask the mods to add a title like "Slurp" or Level 32 dungeon Master". Sometimes something is seen as belonging so totally to you that the Mod Fairys add it under your name before that though.
