F subs, I assume you mean "female" I know where thay make a great philly Cheesesteak sub in Chicago. also the Cubs are sub if you mean sub-par baseball. The Blackhawks won the Stanley Cup last year and failed to make the playoffs, thats pretty sub-standard. The Bulls cant win since Michael Jordan, thats Sub-suficent
But if you do mean a submissive female, they are all around you......at the bank, at the grocery store, at the bingo parlor and at the sleazy dive bars. the question really is "how do you get a woman to kneel at your feet and beg to be yours?" That takes skills, and if the Blackhawks, Bulls, Cubs and Bears are any indication of skill in Chicago, your in trouble.
