I have no idea who I just dealt with, but he/she was awesome!!!

The reply was very fast, and definitely helped.  No idea if we're supposed to post about this kind of thing, but I'd seen complainers on the boards before so figured I'd make a thread about a really positive experience with a CM mod.

If you read this, thanks tons, you should go grab yourself a cookie

The Mods definately do a decent job considering what they have to work with.
They don't get thanked nearly enough.

What a great thing that you are thankful of the work that those who make this site tick do each and every day. I wish more people would think like you, the world would be a better place.. so in that spirit I too would like to thank the mods for the work they do, as well as the others who volunteer at CM

Here's my opinion....

I think that {Edited by Mods} And I'm serious about it!  So if {Edited by Mods}by Tuesday, {Edited by Mods}

Furthermore, {Edited by Mods}, and not to mention {Edited by Mods}

Just wanted to get that out of my system.

But seriously, I will admit, I've had a few run ins with the Mods, for various reasons.  And I have to say, they're fair.  They deal with a lot, and often it's probably a judgement call, but whenever I see their acions, be it firsthand (Bad dog!  No steak!), or secondhand (Hey, I was having fun on that thread!) I always see their motivation for intervening, and agree with it.

So Mods, keep up the good work!

Yours,

benji

PS: Just a legal disclaimer, as the Mods are prolly watching this thread:

At the time of the original posting, they had not yet edited my post.  The "{Edited by Mods}" in the above text were inserted by me, the retarded Australian Stumpy Tail Cattle dog.

PPS: Isn't humour always funnier when it's explained?

PPPS:  I have a PS fetish, I think.

I think your edits should read {Waiting for approval}?

But yes...the moderation here has been some of the quickest and fairest I've seen, considering the thankless nature of the work. Although there's been an occasion or two where I've wished they weren't quite as quick, leaving me to miss the chance to read some of the "fun" (I'm kidding, really I am).

Actually, if you knew what was hiding under those edits, you'd be shocked I'm still on this site at all!

And, for all inquiring minds, she's not really kidding, really, she's not.

Phew!  Took the spotlight off me again.

Yours,

benji

LOL @ Benji, that was superb

It's good to see others posted here too, I knew I couldn't have been the only one to have had such an awesome experience.  It was the first time I ever dealt with a Mod of a site and when I first got a message saying a thread I posted was deleted because it's not meant to be on the Forums, but sent to Support...I was a little wary.  But, after sending the message to support, it was all answered and dealt with for me within about 30 mins...even though my one questioned kinda blossomed into about 4  lol

Great job done by both the Mod who sent me the mail about the thread and...not sure if the Support people are called Mods too, but whoever that was, he/she was spectacular

Thanks for the comment too about more people thinking this way and how nice it would be, my Mum actually instilled that in me.  She's always been one to ask to speak to a manager after getting great service/help...scares the shit out of the employee at first and they always ask "Was...there a problem?".  They tend to be baffled when she says, "No, you did an excellent job, I just wanted to let your boss know".

Pretty sure it adds a touch of goodness to their day, it's well worth the 5 mins it takes to do it I think

Alright, so maybe I wasn't entirely kidding and... Wait, spotlight? Did you just get me in trouble with the powers that be?  Need more thanking of the mods in this thread, stat!

Don't worry.  After the message I just sent out to one of the Mods from your account (Should picked a better password than benjiismyhero.  EVERYONE has that one in the meantime), you'll soon be out of trouble.  They don't deal well with the comments "you" just made.

Again, Mods, thanks for taking care of her!  LOL

Yours,

benji

Dear timeoutgurlie,Ladies and Gentlemen;

I do agree, that any individual that must shift as well as monitor, baby-sit, caution and or spank on any site, regardless if CM or others--does a thank-less job.

Moderators/Monitors keep things from getting out of hand.  Sadly, civilization can not do the same.

Respectfully submitted,
Lady Hugs

Lady Hugs,

With all due respect, (and I really do respect your opinions!) this is the wrong site to claim someone who spanks does a thankless job.  The other things may well be thankless, but when I get spanked, I make sure to say please and thank you.

Yours,

benji

PS:  Sorry, I couldn't resist.

Dear gooddogbenji;

Aw, I respect you also benji.  And, I'm so pleased to meet such a polite lad.

I certainly wish you find "the one," you're just so darn precious and give so many wonderful moments to smile inside and out.

Warm regards,
Lady Hugs
