As for him acting a bit like an ass there, there was assery coming right back at him. If assery is a word.

He made some good points, imho, but, rather than address them, it seemed to fall back to the "you aint gorean so go away" thing, rather than discussions.

Actually i never said VAA couldn't post there or anywhere she chose, i am glad she stepped in as a moderator and said something. But that doesn't change his motive for posting.

IF, IF he had posted the questions he had after VAA bit into his ass, he may not have the reaction he is getting from the Goreans. But that's okay you just be impressed with all of his posting in the Gorean forum.

What's sad, if he didn't come in there being an ass and posting just to insult Goreans KNOWING he was doing so, his points probably would have been addressed in a different way - Goreans have no issues discussing or hell even debating.

However, you may enjoy wasting your time, but exactly why should Goreans when the guys has shown his only motive in posting in that forum is to bait and insult?

I never said I was impressed by his behavior. I also was not impressed with the replies he got. Better to remain silent and let the troll wither away would be a better idea, than sinking to the same silly behaviors he was displaying there.

He does crack me the hell up in other forums though, I gotta say.

Blushes, as i said, it seems its okay for him to post ONLY to insult a group of Goreans, because well gee they are Gorean. We get it. But we all know, that if he had done the same thing within the same context in the BDSM forums regarding D/s or M/s or such thereby insulting a HUGE amount of people who frequent these boards, none of you would be making excuses for the guy. But as it was just the Goreans as a group he was attempting to insult, it's okay.

I am sure he is getting off on the fact you all are making excuses for him and pretty much telling him its okay to insult and bait a group of people ---- i am sure you all would be as accepting if he had done so in the poly forum or the switch forum or hell the transgender thread.

And dovie is right, i apologize for my tangent here, i guess seeing the excuses just make me shake my head. As i said, his post that was cited here was a good one.

Not on the boards, they don't, but, the Goreans claim to hold them selves to a higher standard than all of us kinksters, If they are going to hold them selves to a higher standard, then I will too.

And, I have already gotten over responding to stuff than many posters put on here, doing all I can to hold me to a higher standard too

Quit misconstruing my words.Doing so shows that you are more upset that the twit of topic is worth. If you will go back and re-read my initial reply to you on the subject you will find that I, in fact, do not support the twits behaviour. Hence my comment of dismay about not bothering to research the twit.

In MY opinion.....regardless of it's value to YOU..... you are taking a very small mole hill and doing your level best to create a mountain out of it. Which was the reason for my previous post.

Some dipshit twit randomly running about insulting people, per this thread people other than only your precious goreans, is not worth you creating a mountain about. It would be no different than some random dipshit stupidly flinging poo around about something that is important to me. I do try to consider the source, a random dipshit per others in this thread, before getting my own undies bunched. Cuz it isn't worth my time or bother.

If you ever assume I am not calm cool and collected when posting, then 99% of the time you are wrong. The other 1%.....will cause me to walk away from the thread. The 99%, I am usually sitting her laughing, or at least smiling, when I am typing.....as I am at the moment.

Now, if you are going to get further bunched about this post..........have a party cuz I am done trying to have a calm rational discussion about random dipshits and their poo flinging with people that are hell bent on making it more than it is. Random poo flinging by random dipshits.

what i am sick of is the double standards of people. It seems quite alright for many that people deliberately bait and insult a group of people. If you can't see that LaTigresse, perhaps you are blowing off the concept a little too much simple because its "Goreans" being insulted as a whole, when we all know many of you would freak out if someone was doing the same thing in the BDSM forums regarding specific group of people, the poly forum, the switch forum, or the transgender thread.

Perhaps YOU need to stop seeing it as "just being the precious Goreans" and see it for what it is and know you would flip out on people doing so and anyone who would support same. Perhaps its YOU seeing it too much as Gorean and that is why you think i am overreacting. Your sneering in the above says a lot about your own bias towards Gorean, most of your posts here do.

The reason i posted here in the first place was because of the double standard. And i apologized for the tangent but you keep posting about it. So i won't take responsibility for the tangent anymore.
