Time to add bedroom activities to the endurance portion of my workout routine, although some guys will probably being using it as part of their speed drills.

I thought the risk of heart attacks during sex was only higher if you were cheating, compared to having it with your spouse.

On an entertaining true story note, my ex had a coworker who's husband suffered a massive stroke. She was always shy about the detail and then came the company Christmas party. We got a few drinks into him and he was bragging about how his wife's bedroom prowess was enough to push him over the edge. (Apparently, he passed out on top of her in the middle of the action.)

She might have a little snow on the roof, but that woman has definitely got a fire going in the stove!!!!!
