Lemme' see if I understand this?
1- TPA has to have both topics relative to each other, in age. One being old, one being "new".
2- The "old" and "new" relative to age have no bearing on the "Old" and "New" topics for the TPB.
3- TPB has define either of the previous "Old" or "New" topics, depending upon which topic the TPA left undefined.
4- When TBP defines the previous "Old" or "New" topics, they have to find an age relative topic to link a 'new' undefined "Old" or "New" topic so the next TPB can define it.
So it would look like this?
