Do you have a real issue you want to discuss? Because I think folks here are starting to get fed up with trolls. I know I am.

Yo man.... don't kill the messenger...John Phillips wrote it not me.

But I'm curious at to why bringing up the possibility of a Clinton run in 2012 and even more possible Clinton nomination for President by The Democrat Party a troll?

More so, if you honestly and truly believe it to be "a troll" why you would not just ignore it?

My gut feeling is that Hillary is going to wait untill 2016.

That and a dollar will get you a cup of coffee at the corner gas station.

Because, quite simply, you only post about Dems to try and wind people up. Most don't know of your posting history on B.com; I do. They were invariably attacks on Dems/Progressives. This one is just a little more subtle.

But perhaps I'm wrong, and you have reformed. Time will tell.

I don't agree that Hilary must run, but given the choice of her or Obama I would take Hilary.   I don't like her and wouldn't vote for her, only saying that she would be better for the country than Obama.  Stratigically, I do believe she should wait until 2016 to run.   Let Obama go ahead and flounder around, maybe get reelected and then term limits throws him out she is there ready to take over.

No   I have no good Republican candidate either.   I would go with Goldwater, but he is dead.

I hope she does wait. I don't want any chance of Dems splitting their votes and letting a Republican take the Oval Office.

How can Ms. Clinton possibly run for president 2012? Only thing she knows is how politics work. Speculating this way is total nonsense.

I just love when conservatives cherry-pick presidential approval ratings and find the poll with the lowest number and present that as proof Obama is failing.

But even if we go with the 42% number, it is still a far cry from the 27% Dubya left office with.

But let's look at a more accurate picture:

RealClearPolitics - Election Other - President Obama Job Approval

And didn't someone else just post this about Obama's approval rating and I believe I posted the same link in response.

AP has him at 53% and even Rasmussen has him at 48%.

HRC knows that no one has ever defeated a sitting President for a party's nomination. She knows the situation isn't ripe to do it this time. She knows Obama has the fund rasing and organizational advantage. She will not run in 2012.

You surely mean since the 19th Century right? Because sitting Presidents have been defeated for their Party's nomination. Plus, Lyndon Johnson would have surely been defeated
in 1968, it's the reason he did not run, he knew.

heln5, I am not so sure Hilliary would effectively split the Democrats and if she were to wrestle away the Nomination from Obama, I think she would be the next President.

Forget it.

Obama controls the Democratic Party fundraising machine now. Hillary would languish without the funding.

She's getting on in years. I assume her fire to become President is dimming. I think she missed her window.

I would think that depends ,in large part,on what the field looks like in 2016.She is a consummate politician,if she feels the way is open the fire will rise again.Deep in her belly the embers still burn.

Yep,and as I said she will at that point take a good look around, measure the field of contenders and pretenders....and if in her estimation she can win,she will most definitely take a shot at busting thru that glass ceiling that she put all of those cracks in.
I'm hoping it works out for her....a truly historic inauguration that would be,the passing of the torch from the first man of color to the first woman elected President...and both of them ,needless to say,as Democratic as they come.
Boy it will be fun around here right about than...won't it?
