I like the idea of making homes out of old tires filled with dirt... highly insulated, durable, and flexible in making different designs.

I loved the link, by the way, I really liked the converted bomb shelter and the grain silo.

Not sure what the phrase is, but for those looking for more mobile living quarters, check out what you can do with a used large van/small bus!
