Black for sure! Black olive and bacon pizza is amazingly good. I eat them raw though too, sometimes right out of the can. I love olives.

cured or uncured? the black uncured are fairly mild...the green ones tend to be fruit-y-er. (frutier?) when cured their flavors intensify and the curing process makes them very salty.
