ORIGINAL: blkswitch Have you had any experience with Exercise domination? Greetings, i suppose i'd fall into the camp of those that enjoy forced fitness. But that goes hand in hand with food control and both are the other person's domain. Your question is pretty broad and you don't indicate if you'd like information for the giver or recipient. Speaking from the latter, the individual has to know what he's doing and that won't necessarily be the case with most dominants unless that's their forte. However, i have encountered one or two that are extremely knowledgeable. Now here's the skinny. This works really well if both people are motivated and they're working towards something. Many people undertake a program in a sincere effort to improve someone's health, but fail due to ignorance and lack of consistency. You'd have to be cognizant of various motivational styles and pair them appropriately with the other person. As an overachiever, i flourish when pushed. Become too laissez-faire and i'm bored and restless. The hard driving drill sargent won't work for everyone, but it would definitely mesh with me. But i'm results oriented. If the other person leans more towards the supportive end she'd require something different. In other words, know your subject. Namaste, ~porcelaine
