Yes, when i was fat i had numerous fantasies about fit trainers, both male or female who would be hired by my Husband and arrive at our house to dominate me into doing all sorts of sexy or humiliating exercises until i was spent

I weight train and get asked that quite frequently. Usually by males, but not limited to. There should be a program actually that works like that. Would work well on all sides I think.

Latest fad???   This has been around as long as I've been into kink (15 to 20 years.)

Like many, I love the idea....It would be of great benefit to me, but I'm just not willing to pay what the pro-domme's want for the service and have never found a friend who is willing to do it for free.   I would think that being an exercise Dom/Domme would require a pretty big time investment to do it right.

I think I would absolutely abhor it. The only person I feel comfortable dominating me is Master. Anyone else and I just get annoyed especially if I'm working out and I'm all sweaty and frustrated with the workout. I had a trainer like that once until one day I told her that I had had enough of her. I found working out alone and at my own pace was much better for me.

Exercise domination seems a very broad term. So, I will just answer with my experience and leave it to you to decide if it's relevant. I have never specifically hired or sought someone to force me to work-out however Master will help me with work-outs if I do them at night when He is home. I never thought doing push-ups could make me cry but Master will demand a certain number and I must do them even if I am on the floor for an hour sobbing trying to force my arms to just get that last one out. He also has given me directions for my work-outs that I am expected to follow when He isn't there. I love this. I know it helps me be a lot more effective in my work-out routine and also I like the feeling of being challenged. The part where I am on the floor crying isn't so fun but at least when I finally succeed I get a "good girl" and a smile. That makes it well worth the tears and I am sure my arms will get stronger eventually. Lol.

Greetings,

i suppose i'd fall into the camp of those that enjoy forced fitness. But that goes hand in hand with food control and both are the other person's domain. Your question is pretty broad and you don't indicate if you'd like information for the giver or recipient. Speaking from the latter, the individual has to know what he's doing and that won't necessarily be the case with most dominants unless that's their forte. However, i have encountered one or two that are extremely knowledgeable.

Now here's the skinny. This works really well if both people are motivated and they're working towards something. Many people undertake a program in a sincere effort to improve someone's health, but fail due to ignorance and lack of consistency. You'd have to be cognizant of various motivational styles and pair them appropriately with the other person. As an overachiever, i flourish when pushed.

Become too laissez-faire and i'm bored and restless. The hard driving drill sargent won't work for everyone, but it would definitely mesh with me. But i'm results oriented. If the other person leans more towards the supportive end she'd require something different. In other words, know your subject.

Namaste,

~porcelaine

When (and still am) I looked for someone to do this for me, i never found anyone... only person's i found was ones that just told me do this and if i did or did not do it it seems not to matter so in end it really did not do much.. but i kept looking and still am but no luck >< guess i have to wait

DesFIP -> RE: Exercise Domination -- Latests fad or NOT? (4/10/2011 9:09:21 AM)

The dominant should be a certified personal trainer unless he's going to cause problems. It's hard to do things effectively if you don't know what you're doing. Now if you get someone knowledgable to design an exercise program that fits with your personality and your body, then the dominant could ask you if you went for your run today.

Just like one diet doesn't fit all, neither does one exercise program.

Have I had experience with "exercise domination"??? *chuckles*

God I love how we can come up with a term to cover pretty much any area of life. Yeah, I engage in "exercise domination". It typically happens after the "cook me a fat laden breakfast" domination and the "paint a painting" domination. Exercise is a part of life. I exercise control over it where needed.

agirl -> RE: Exercise Domination -- Latests fad or NOT? (4/10/2011 11:54:38 AM)

Yep. I chose my PT because he's known me for over 12 yrs and knows exactly how I tick, knows exactly how my body responds to exercise, knows I need pushing and knows I work best when in a bootcamp situation with no *outs*.

I chose him for those reasons. During that hour each week he's without doubt the *dom* but as porcelaine said.......you have to be paired up with the right chappie for the job.

It's the best £25 I spend every week.

If you're seeking a dom, seek one who's got an exercise fetish, or interest.

HA... your post reminds me of a line from the movie "Bring It On"...

Sparky Polastri: I want you to think of what you ate today. Got it? Now cut that in half, this is called a diet, people... everyone start one today! Darcy, you should stop eating. You see, when you skip a meal, your body feeds off its fat stores. And if you skip enough, maybe your body will eat your ass!
