I don't get it..... <sigh/pout/etc>

I mean, I assume it's the same cartoon fella in the top & bottom frames, yes?

The top frame personifies the home-truth that "nice guys always finish last".

But the (same) arsehole in the bottom frame brings another home-truth about girls to mind - "treat 'em mean keeps 'em keen".

<shrugs>

Focus.

It is common for a person to react and attack when they feel rejected and unloved. Even a slave needs love, praise, and to feel appreciated. I feel that might be why our training program that we offer does so well. We like to motivate the slave to put in an effort and we praise him for his efforts.

Okay question time. ( You have the right to remain silent whatever it is etc etc )

How can you be in love, and I mean really in love, with a client who you are taking money from ?  I can see how you could maybe fill gaps in someones fantasies but no more than that.

I have to come to Academy's defense here. She's refering to what HER CLIENTS FEEL not what she feels. One need not "be in love" to offer it. She need not "be in love" to offer affection, warmth, kindness or appreciation either. Even if the only thing that she provides is the illusion of these things; isn't it enough that the clients feel them however fleetingly?

With respect to BOTH sides,
Mike

PS to Arpig Sheen himself states that he pays his goddess's to go home afterward.

That's a fallacy. A certain type of woman responds to bad treatment. They are not Dommes.

I'm not talking about Dommes or D/s in general - neither is the OP, btw....

And there's no fallacy about it; that too many women are attracted to the local "bad boy" without ever considering the downside of how they got that reputation. You think the women who gravitate to such types are expecting to be treated badly themselves?

I think it's initially the attraction of "alpha", or a skewed interpretation of it by the attractee. Bikers and gangster types (for eg) have never had trouble attracting girls, including the wholesome, respectable "girl next door" types.... They have a certain charisma. So does the law-abiding but otherwise troubled loner - there's no end to what can be defined as a "bad boy".

Ok, I agree there isn't a lot of charisma to the OP's foul-mouthed misogynist but I still wouldn't be surprised if there wasn't a woman somewhere who felt she could fix him; that others just didn't understand him blah blah groan.... And I find it very hard to believe you don't know what I'm talking about, re your "fallacy" comment....

Focus.

Oh I understand what you're talking about. I've heard it a lot. Always from men.

I've even seen women who fit the profile, discounting submissive women for the moment, women who are attracted to men who treat them badly and won't be told by anyone that her best bet is to get out. Not just severe abusers, but the more subtle type as well.

Not one female friend I've ever had in my 54 years of life has ever been one of them. I move a lot. I've had a lot of female friends in more than one country. Not a single one would put up with much bad treatment before dumping a man.

But the meme is spread about, giving an excuse to a certain type of man to behave like a dick. The genuine nice guys don't fall for it, it's just not in their nature.

I am so happy to have recently discovered that I have outgrown this attraction. Well, I was attracted initially, but it wore off the more I learned about his priorities.

It isn't just about abuse or things like that. Nice guys will always finish last. Any guy who chooses to be a confident jerk to women is guaranteed to get laid. It almost seems the only way to get women interested in a guy sexually.

Of course, the guy who sits alone never has to pay for someone else, never has to take verbal abuse, never has to deal with another human being. I can't tell you the number of married men who told me both to never get married and to never leave my parents house. Surely there has to be something good to that lifestyle if numerous married men wish they could go back to it.
