Perhaps someone is proposing a system similar to Canada, which prevents a news agency from knowingly broadcasting lies? I would not agree to this either.

Ron spoke for me and he is pretty spot on. I am indeed an avid Daily Mail reader ( not the Telegraph Ron, thats too much for me ) I rarely read progressive left or hard right papers due to the mis-information and outright lies printed in some of them ( Off both sides )

I stated I wish to read the truth and not be lied to. Before I quote any article from any paper or source I try and check it to verify the facts.

That appears to be the basic difference between a true conservative and the wanna-bes. I do find it interesting to notice just who it is defending the liars.

Generally speaking the difference between leftists and conservatives is, conservatives will defend anybodys free speech rights while leftists will defend only speech they agree with and use every ploy imaginable to attack the free speech rights of everyone with whom they disagree.
