It would be hard indeed to ever imagine a more vile and perfidious perversion of the term "God's will" than to explain the institution of slavery...and yet southern state after southern state did just that in explaining their secession and their adherence to their "peculiar institution".

As I say, nothing like winning the battle repeatedly at expense of a pounded-to-dirt 150 yr. old dead horse to boost morale, eh?

You guys have no clue as to how desperate you are.

This is the sad situation the country finds itself in at present in futile attempts to justify current atrocities.

Flail away boys, if that's all you have left.

I'm wondering if you have any clue, any clue at all as to what you are babbling on about?
Please find some other medium in which to spew your bullshit, perhaps a placard and a street corner would suit you better?

Guess having a conversation about the most tragic period of our history is a little too much to ask heh.Edwynn ?
Just why are so opposed to this conversation.if you have no interest in it....move along to a thread that better suits your taste.Leave this the hell alone,if it dies of disinterest,so be it.Don't kill it with your obnoxiousness .
