In their latest budget plan, the entire concept reads like the "Trickle Down Theory" which was disproved in the past on several occasions. The idea is to reduce spending, keep taxes as they are or lower, will not only reduce the deficit, but will reduce the US debt AND create jobs. The only people they are fooling with this garbage are the same idiots that voted for them to create jobs. The idea, that by reducing the spending will reduce taxes will lead to huge job growth in a short period of time (2-3 years) which will make up for all the losts in the US Debt. Since large corporations, millionaires/billionaires will have huge amounts of money to invest in US workers, this whole problem will settle itself in short order. This will lead us all to think, that Republicans are the heroes by their brilliance and wisdom. What in God's name are these guys shooting up their arms, smoking down their lungs, and sniffing up their noses? They are complaining that tax hikes are 'job killers', that will slow the growth of jobs. Yeah, cus the taxes are the LOWEST for corporations, millionaires and billionaires in what, 46 years? If all the GOP's bullshit was true, shouldn't we see massive job hirings going on across the country? Here we are six months later, and Republicans are doing everything they can, to elminate jobs, not create them with the spending cuts. I am simply amazed there are people on here, and at large in the nation, that REALLY don't understand what happens when $10 Billion is removed from the budget. They have in their minds, this money simply vanishs after its given from the US Goverment into nothing. Even when I've explained what that $10 Billion purchases, each and every single republican (including some 'independent moderates' types) just have this glazed look in their eyes, and drooling down their chests. They really are not intelligent, educated, or wise enough to understand that which is blatantly simple. It is amusing that voters see the Republicans as more extremists then based on reality, and Democrats quite the opposite.
