Applications close on April 30th, so you still have time to pad the resume a little, and get it in. 150 have been received so far, according to a source I can't link.
You need a minumum of 3000 hours in jets, big and small, to be a graduate of a test pilot school, and prior spaceflight experience is a plus (hallucinogenic space cadet time doesn't count).
I know. I'm not qualified. Chances are, nobody who sees this thread here will be either, but isn't it amazingly cool to know we live in a world where this job exists at all?
