Brewer rejected the bill on its face, not because of certain provisions that just needed a little tinkering.

Shouldn't it be a federal law? I see nothing wrong with the bill. It would be interesting to know if there was  pressure applied from Washington to the governor. 

I rather think that would have made the news within nano seconds.But I would NOT be surprised if she doesnt get a bollocking from the GOP
