ORIGINAL: hotlikeafox Needles, if your pictures are any indication, I don't think I'd even call you fat. Especially given your age. Now, as far as the weight issue goes, it isn't just a "beauty" thing. It's a health issue. It's a lifestyle issue. Take care of your body. If you can't or *won't* take care of yourself, why in the hell should I waste my time on you? We're in the middle of an obesity epidemic and you people are certainly not helping things. As a firefighter/emt I go on calls every shift, 80% of them medical calls, and do you know what I see? A lot of overweight people with medical issues that could have been avoided if they had taken care of themselves. There is no excuse to be fat. None. There is no medical condition that causes you to be fat. Slow thyroid? Work. Harder. sweetheart, my age has sod all to do with my weight and i'm in better health now than i have been for years. know this, and remember it well, life is a bitch and sometimes you have absolutely no control over what your body does to you. it's not always about choice. also know this; alot of very over weight people are just as 'sick' as an anorexic, they are just the other end of the scale. i don't care how many calls you make and i don't care how over weight the people are. it's your job, you get paid for it, one day it could be you no matter what you think, and i hope the person dealing with you is far less judgemental than you. even a doctor is going to tell you that you are wrong. it is not about working harder if you physically can't. you are being ignorant in the extreme. i am not going into my medical history, but it did make me 'fat' and i had no choice at all. i dieted to just try and maintain weight but it didn't help. my lack of health had nothing to do with my weight, my lack of health caused my weight. there is a huge difference. it is not the same for everyone but you do not get to criticise what you obviously do not understand. i suggest you do some real training and research before spouting your crap. and something else for you to learn today, slim or skinny people do not equate health. i think any cat walk model shows that. not all have eatting disorders, or drug problems, or are prolific smokers, but i doubt there are very few who don't suffer something. slim people are far more likely to suffer brittle bones and arthritis due to a lack of exercise and correct nutrition. they can have bad skin, bad eyes and poor teeth. their hair may be brittle and thin. exercise never stopped anyone dropping dead of heart disease. needles edited for missing letters
