Status: offline 		In my experience, Fetlife has more info on local events and such. Furthermore, other than "being on the site for a while", what have You actually done to meet somebody? You can do a search for singles in your area, and then start emailing the ones You like. It's hard to give advice without more to go on. For the record, the fact that You joined the site doesn't mean girls will all be clamouring after You. Also, i second the notion that Your user name is a turn off, at least for me.
