Hello Master,

I have a silly question and I hope you can help me with it, I was wondering if someone can help me with fisting ??? How does a guy stick his fists in a girls ass and pussy ??? Other than shoving it in, I know that, lol...

Hello sunfiregt82. There are physical limits for some, but for the greater majority it is doable. ''Tight" has nothing to do with it, so relax. The secret for dilation is to go slow. Unfortunately some people do not understand "slow". For first timers (receiving end) the dilation reflex responds to internal stimuli. External stimuli is applied slowly and gradually to dilate "whatever" and with time and repetition, to progressively induce a "conditioned reflex". So if it takes an hour to dilate fully to permit some good action, eventually it will be less and less. My sub takes five minutes or so to fully dilate anally for dom's medium size fist ( not a knuckled fist, more of a hand with all finger elongated and touching together at the tips, it does not reduce size that much, but it makes things easier anatomically ).

About limits. My sub has no problems whatsoever with anal dilation, but we had to curb the vaginal action because of tissue irritation. She can dilate fully and very easily, but has a sensitive spot that cannot withstand much friction. I recommend to start with dilation play only until you get acceptable conditioned reflexes to fully dilate. Fist fucking is something else. My sub gets fist fucked in the ass but not in her vagina which is only dilated. Once in a while, my sub does not fully dilate (bad ass day?) in that case, I cancel the fist fuck and just use something smaller (usually me!). I would never fist fuck a neophyte, I would do ass play sure, but would wait a bit for the tunnel to match the train's size before going schooshoo or chuga chuga.

So, make sure the doer knows ''slow'', "dilation" before "action" as we are talking about two things here. Oh yeah, lots of lub, but everyone knows this (spare lube tubes all the time) but you should know I once knew a sub who did it sans (lube was a turn off for her she said). To be honest, if you can't get two fingers into yourself, you might have a problem with fisting.....

The main tips are, as already said, lots and lots of lube. The fister does not start with a fist, but in your case I guess, with one finger, work up to two, then three, then four. When you can take four, he can add the thumb by bringing it in behind your middle fingers, making sort of a duck or cone shape with his fingers, not a round fist. Lots of lube again, and the best action that works is a continuous rhythmic in and out twisting motion, easing in a little bit more each time. If he finds a nice rhythm with this, it feels good and makes it easier for you to relax.

Trying to get the knuckles to pop through is the hardest. If he pushes down on the bottom edge of your vagina, towards your rectum, while gently pushing in, that can really help his hand slip beneath your pubic bone. Once he gets in, your vagina will probably naturally draw his hand the rest of the way in. He should gently curl his thumb and fingers with the fingers enclosing the thumb. Be prepared for some really strong sensations. I found myself going to a totally different headspace and having contractions rather similar to childbirth contractions...not painful ones, just very intense.

Your job during all this, other than enjoying the sensations, is to RELAX. Breathe deeply, let your mouth relax open, etc. Also, having an orgasm before you try the fisting can help you be already all warmed up, wet, and relaxed. Or use a vibrator on your clit while he's trying to gain entry, that can help, too.

What i would wonder is can you engage in normal sex? The reason i ask is perhaps when fingers are involved you "clamp down". If you can enjoy sex with a relatively average sized male then i would suspect that you have the ability to stretch it out some. Just make sure you both go slowly and take your time

First, I personally don't recommend this activity anally. I just want to put that out there up front. A woman's sexual organs are designed to cope with an infant of a few pounds weight, and a good deal of kicking and moving. Her ass isn't. Keep it in mind.

Secondly, windchymes is about 100% on technique. The only thing I have to add is from a man's perspective. It can be difficult to get the musculature of my hands relaxed enough to engage in such an activity. You might consider massaging your partner's hand, wrist and forearm, to try and ease any lingering tension prior to play. Loosening up the muscles allows [at least in my case] a tighter curl of the back of the hand, reducing the overall size of the insertion.

Be patient, take it slowly. Make sure your partner keeps their nails trim and filed, and their hands clean.

i can only speak for cunt fisting, and am not sure i remember the slow beginning much but here goes.
Lube definately til you loosen well. Currently i don't need it if i am wet enough to begin with, or if i have cum relatively recently. (self lubing slut lol)
The thing about a closed palm rather than a fist is that if the fingers are too long it might hurt the back of you and not stretch as much around the 'rim'. i use balls for stretching but i don't recommend it unless you hav very good muscles...and if you do start very small...shooter marble, ben wa balls, manipulate them with your muscles no hands...helps you stay tight in between. i regularly use a fushigi ball, completely mispurposed...er i mean re-purposed...and the largst i have been able to go is a 11inch glass ball, but only have taken it all the way once, as soon as it crosses the 'rim' i cum and it is all over :p

Thank you all for your feed back.. Yes I can engage in normal sex, lol.. I also had a baby a few years ago. I just thought, that after you have a baby you would be looser or something, lol.. My boyfriend is into fisting and stretching down there. That is great that you can. So perhaps there is a mental block with fingers. Perhaps you clamp down against them if you have difficulties with just two fingers. Maybe try a progressively larger dildo to stretch you before he attempts his hand. Both areas will stretch.

Actually, unless he has mastered successful fisting technique with other women in real life, HE is the one who should be researching and learning. I mean, I'm "into" a lot of things, too, but many of those things are things I've only read about. But there's nothing wrong with learning together. :)

For example, how about afterwards? Simply yanking his fist out of you can be excruciating and possibly even harmful if his fist is large and a vacuum is created inside, which is likely. He may need to insert a finger or two from the other hand to break the suction and ease out very slowly and gently. You might have to bear down to help get him out. Make sure he is truly knowledgable, not just sending you out to gather information because he doesn't want to be bothered.

And about the baby thing - that's a common misconception. Women often tighten up after giving birth, and stay that way. If you had an episiotomy, scar tissue can also be a problem, because it tightens you up all the more and is prone to tearing. Definitely have him do some research, and when you actually try it go very slowly and use lots of lube. Your first fisting is not the time for pushing limits.
