I wanted to tell you publicly how much we appreciate you starting this thread.  Thank you very much for allowing us to have a space where these thoughts could be collected.  Please accept our gratitude.


To everyone who has commented here, on other threads, and sent personal notes, please know how wonderful we think you all are for your condolences, prayers, positive thoughts, and loving support that you have provided through this time.  I have read them all to MP and we are both extremely grateful that such concern for us has come from all over the globe.  Thank you all so very much for keeping us in your hearts and minds.  We can not tell you what it means to us.
