Well, I recently had my first experience with, well, a whole slew of toys.  I won't give out any details, but I will say I am soon to be a pain slut!!!!!

Anyway, myself and my partners found out that I have very small nipples.  They used clover(?) clamps, as well as those tiny clothespins on them, but they kept falling off.  Needless to say, I was not a happy camper.  (well, I was, but they weren't, so I wasn't)

My question is, does anyone have experience with this, and if so, what did you use?

Status: offline 		Have you tried eletrical "gator" clamps? I use to use them for other things back when I did those other things.  You can pic them up at any radio shack or the like. I have found them useful for those smaller issues though. If  you need to ease into it you can always coat them in liqiud latex so they arent so sharp to begin with.

Status: offline 		I can't say I've had that problem...what's put on mine stays on til removed basically, but it just popped into my mind to ask if you've tried adjustable clamps? Just a thought.

Status: offline 		My right nip is small too, wouldn't even take a piercing; I had to have the aerola done instead. What works best for me are tweezer clamps, sliding the ring up and down gives lots of variation in intensity and if it's not enough, taking the rubber tip off exposes a nasty little two-prong fork.

Status: offline 		Have thought about switching to vacuum type nipple furniture?

Because of their larger skin area, they are more forgiving to being insensitively tugged, and they have the bonus of bringing out nipples whose surrounding muscles make them retract when aroused.

When you get over stimulated around your breasts, they can be used on other erogenous zones.

As an insensitive b-stard style Dom, I often attach keys to them and suction the keys to a non restained bit of chained subbie, so I dont lose track of them while I wander off and ignore them for a while.

No url as I recommend buying them over the counter after testing their suckiness instore.

Status: offline 		You might try a hemostat. They are mfg'ed to clamp blood vessels and are very precise in the amount of pressure applied. Some would clamp down to too small of a size, but there are many different kinds and the feel of that cold metal (put them in the freezer first hee, heee, heeee) on your chest can be just delicious.

Status: offline 		Hi Good. I too have small nipples, but not as small as your I guess, because Clover Clamps did work on them. You can use the Alligator clamps too. I have some, but since I am not a real pain slut, I use small screws and wing nuts to adjust the tension on them. Another neat thing I home made (Instructions and Photos upon request) is Suction Tubes. They will SUCK UP any nipple, I am sure. And those Little Puppies are so nice and sensitive afterwards too.

Status: offline 		that's right! Pump the little suckers up  and then when bigger you can apply whatever comes to mind! I always pump em up whether they are small or not first!  Have fun!!

Status: offline 		i don't know whats it called, but a o ring is put on this tool and by squeezing the handles opens the ring so it can be placed at the base of the bud and rolled off . there painfull to me esp. taking them off, but make the bud really jump out there.

Status: offline 		Have you guys thought about training your nipples with Syringes? Go to the local Farm supply store and go into the section that you can by syringes and buy them. They have different sizes you can buy then get a small hack saw. Take the plunger out of then use the small hack saw blade and cut off the part were the needles are attach to it. Then use sand paper to clean off and smooth the edges of it. Then take the plunger and put it back in the part you just cut off. If you want too you can drill a hole in the plunger so when you put a small nail in the hole it will keep it from sliding back in releasing pressure. What happen when you place the syringes on your nipple and pull on the syringe it will suck on your nipple creating a little pain?  You got to be careful not to over do it but if you go from small size syringe to a large size you can train it to stick out and become longer. I did this with a girl and she had small nipples. If I could do it more often I know I could get it trained to become larger in time.  There are two sites you can find that will tell you how to make them one is Sartan workshop and Frugal Dommie. These are great sites to get ideas on making toys. I wish you luck and be safe.

That can be bought at any feed & grain store or farm store ... it's used for castrating animals (from bulls to goats depending upon size) ... the industrial strength rubber band cuts off the blood supply & the scrotum & balls just fall off after a while.  Hint:  don't use 'em too long!  If it's purple & you can't feel anymore ... it's been on too long.  Also suggest putting a small loop of string or dental floss through the rubber band to help pull it off.  Once it's on for a while, you might swell up  & have a hard time getting the rubber band off.

Cutting off the needle end of  a 3cc (if you are REALLY teensy), 5cc or 10cc plastic syringe (as mentioned by HoosierScorpio) ... but reverse the piston inside (so you put the flanged end against your skin) makes a good, cheap suction device.  Bore a series of holes longitudinally along the length of the piston (so you can put a nail or paperclip thru the hole to hold it in position with strong suction) will work well.  Also ... after sanding the raw end off, you can dip it in liquid rubber (used to coat tool handles) ... it takes the sharpness off the end. 

On the more serious side are hydraulic fittings ... w/ a hose connection on one end ... and a threaded cup on the other end (threads on the outside) ... connect 2 of 'em to a "Y" ... and the tail of the "Y" to a vacuum pump (hand pump is plenty effective ... available at car parts stores).  Need fuel line or similar non-collapsible hose ... can be as long as your Dom needs.  If the brass fittings are a bit sharp ... soften the edges by dipping into liquid rubber.

The "clover clips" are Japanese sailmaker's clamps ... used to stretch a sail while it's being made.

Lots of other types of clamps ... alligator's have been mentioned.  Bulldogs are a bit meaner, but would work on teensy nips.

Besides "hemostats" there are also "towel clamps" (you won't pull away from those mothers!), Kocher clamps (they have a 'rat-tooth' end that you won't get away from either, but they are not as vicious as towel clamps), Kelly's (small hemostats), Vaginal packing forceps (if you want a long reach).  I'd recommend avoiding needle holders ... not as much throat to the jaws ... and relatively smooth ... won't grab skin as well.  Those are the most common, readily available medical forceps & clamps you'll be able to find.  I'm sure you can google 'em to get pictures.

We have thought about spending the cash to buy a vacuum kit but the kits we have found so far are not set up for nipple play & that we would have to "à la carte" the proper pieces together & this runs into quite a bit of money. (The kits do not contain two properly sized cylinders nor do they have the piece needed in order to use two attachments at the same time.)

We have found that just simple manual stimulation has made a marked difference. I have been simply pinching them lightly to firmly. This of course has been over time but the results are permanent. The suction device we do have is temporary.

I may look into the more expensive kit in the future but in the mean time we are pleased with the results we are getting.

Status: offline 		Hi NsTrssPashion, Try the Adhesive syringes. I have small "BOY" Nipples, but with the syringes, it helps. If you or your sub are handy, I can send you the easy instructions for making them.
