I'm not sure why Dominatrices confuse me. Perhaps it is because in the dungeons with which I am familiar, there is no sex, so it seems more like role play than sex. A non-dungeon Dominatrix I know who does outcalls does have sexual contact, but she was an "escort" before discovering Pro Domming.

Although I suspect this was a not very interesting way to drum up business, let me sell you a clue for free: most males you will encounter as a pro dom are "do me" subs, no matter what they call themselves. A pro should know that, and be prepared to deal with it as opposed to whining on a message board. JMO
