Right there with ya! As a sociology major I realize the usefullness and need for a regressive tax and the wealthy do account for a huge portion of taxes and I can respect that someone would get annoyed at paying 33% tax but I hate how they fight tooth and nail to get out of it or use their wealth to effect policy that benefits them. America has more economic disparity of all the industrialized nations and I find no acceptable reason why bill gates (who makes more then 20 million families combined!) get to wiggle out of one red cent when 19% of heads of households are working poor! Recently with the budget 'crises' in America one republican figure started talking about Ann Rynd, this makes me nervous! Hmmm perhaps a tad off topic but I hope it's allowable as it does make me pissed off. *shakes fist*
