Back during the civil rights movement, the people of Mississippi also had their own brand of justice to stifle free speech whenever those Yankee college kids came to town with voter registration forms. That form of justice involved pickup trucks, too. It must be things there haven't changed much since then. If only all those patriotic people lined alongside the highway would be willing to pay taxes to buy the war bullets and not put the expense on the credit card of future generations.....

Nope. The MSM did not carry any account of this. The posting on the Fox News website (http://nation.foxnews.com/culture/2011/04/21/mississippi-shows-how-you-handle-westboro-freaks) has a couple of posts by Crakalakin saying that he lives there and the story is bogus.

On the other hand I heard a wonderful way to counter protest these buffoons the other day. Open up right across the street with a sign that says you are raising money for a charity they will hate. The method of fund raising is simple ask for donations / sponsors to pay you as long as the WBC folks remain. Turn their very presence into a fund raising opportunity. The longer they stay and protest the more money you make for a cause they hate.

Violence has been tried already popeye1250 it has resulted in filling the WBC coffers with lawsuit money. They make a living off such lawsuits, they know exactly how to pick the fights so that you do something stupid.
