I know an ex truck driver. He told me a few things he found out in his travels. In Austrailia they used to have trucks like this and if say the engine blew, they would bring one in by helicopter. Install it right there. Because of the distances involved that was the way to do it I guess. I suppose the helicopter itself was the engine hoist. Can you imagine being the pilot ? As to the question - I would have to say it is both a truck and a train. Around here they do not allow more than two trailers. And I thought I heard a bit of an accent in the vid, so I think it's a good guess that it's in Austrailia. T^T
