Just in case any one is concerned about how the US is perceived overseas, or anxious to avoid a re-run of the GWB disaster, it might be an idea to check out this view of Trump et toupee:
http://www.independent.co.uk/opinion/commentators/johann-hari/johann-hari-donald-trumps-lunacy-reveals-core-truth-about-the-republicans-2276222.html

Why should I give a shit what this guy thinks about republicans? His first paragraph reminds me of the bigots from cm and I ignore them. So why would this one be any different?

It's amazing how anyone who criticizes a Republican or conservative is automatically labeled a "bigot" by you?

Isn't that a form of bigotry as well?

Easy question how the USA is perceived overseas. Our enemies and friends laugh at us. Odumbo spends all of his time apologizing for the USA and bowing down to potentates. Why is it lefties want so badly to be loved? Who cares of the rest of the world loves us? Hell, Michelle's lil subbie got the freaking Nobel Peace Prize! FOR WHAT? Should the world love us NOW? Aye carrumba.

Your foreign policy credentials are sorely lacking.  Notice that there is no 9/11 this year.  It would seem that we are doing better across the globe than when the traitor bush or the dipshit reagan were in office and the republican spans in between.

I think you are having a Bush flashback.

We were laughed at when the northeastern elitist was pretending he was a good 'ole Texas boy.

Yeah, thats so much worse than Bush walking hand in hand with a Saudi Prince and kissing him on the lips.

Ever modest, he single handedly claims credit for getting Obama to stretch the law and have Hawaii release his long form certificate.  http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2011/04/27/trump-ive-done-a-great-service-to-the-american-people

He claims to have performed a great service to America. Sheesh.

Amazingly, the captain of industry has not decided whether to pay the people he hired.  If you don't understand the concept of paying someone who does the work they were hired to do...

Stretch which law? The Hawaii Department of Health law which, until just a couple days before Obama requested his, allowed anyone (and/or specific others) to obtain a photocopy of their long-form Hawaii birth certificate? You mean that law?

Obama claims he has now released his real birth certificate. Funny, that's what Obama claimed when he released the first image of his birth certificate (flat document with the "CERTIFICATE NO:" blacked out), and the second image (tri-folded document without an embossed seal) and the third image (tri-folded document with an unreadable "embossed seal". Now comes the fourth "real" one? I don't know about anyone else but I've only been able to get one real birth certificate from my State.

Amazingly, the usurper POTUS has decided "We the people..." are gulible enough to believe him. If you don't understand the reality that someone can have only ONE real birth certificate then...

Never heard of a long form and a short form birth certificate?

In some states and countries, there are two types of birth certificates. A long-form birth certificate is the copy of the actual certificate of birth on file with the locality where the birth took place. The short-form birth certificate is a notarized document stating that the long form certificate exists and is on file.

Place of Birth
The long form of a birth certificate gives details as to whether the birth took place in a hospital, birthing facility or home. The short form does not have this information.
File Number
The short-form birth certificate will have a file number. This corresponds with the file number of the original long-form Certification of Birth.
Attendant
The attendant physician or midwife is listed on a long-form birth certificate, but not on the short form.
Country
The long-form birth certificate lists the nationality of both parents, but the short form does not.
Parents' Birthdates
The date of birth of the parents is listed on the long form certificate; short form certificates list the names only.

He's already invaded one country and that's not enough for you?  Yeah, I know, your idol Bush invaded two.

How are we looked at by the rest of the world?

Well, lets see.. Bush invaded two countries, three times, and never did finish what he started.

And where is Trump's long form birth certificate? Given his political talents, the fact that he has not voted in ANY election since 2002, sounds like he has always wanted what was best for his country, but left the work to everyone else.

Funny how leftists go apoplectic if ever someone discusses leftist politicians in these terms, and how they start spewing grandiose sermons which include ideas like "racism" and "respect the office' and "work together" and "focus on the real issues" blah blah blah

Which leftists are apoplectic over Bush sucking off the Prime Minister of Japan at a State Dinner, or W 'choking on a pretzel'  seems to me the only apoplectic hystrionics are coming from the neo-cons and righter.

They shoot the messenger, instead of debating the issue, every time.

Do you think the world thought better of the United States for Bushs bowing and sucking him off? Or for W choking on a pretzel or french kissing our enemy?

Debate the issue, don't shoot the messenger just because the rightists have no valid ideass,  logic or reason or issues of value and are hysterically derailing over some nonsense rather than fixing the budget, or to try to hide their ameturishness and incompetence as they are trying to do in Wisconsin.

I dont think there is a place on planet earth that deserves Dear Leader O'bama Hussein Barry Sotero; ok, maybe one of his muslim countries. Yet we have him at least for parts of the next two years. We will survive this. I hope we grow stronger. I don't know why people elected such a blank slate. No experience doing anything except reading a teleprompter and "community organizing" whatever the hell that is.

Your right, Bush was more qualified.. because he was never able to read the teleprompter.

As I say, ABO: Anybody But Obama/Sotero/Hussein, whatever he is called. Palin? IMPROVEMENT.

Why not, she did such a good job in her half a term as governor of Alaska. She left because she didn't want to be a lame duck.. Yet, first day of every presidents second term is just that.. Does she actually have a clue? One of her own? Besides fashion tips? She never seems like more then a soccer mom with a large clothing budget.

Trump. He's done it, met a payroll, actually EMPLOYED PEOPLE.

I hired a day laborer a few years ago. Does that make me qualified? How many times has Trump closed a failed business leaving banker's holding the debit from the bankruptcy? Look it up. You'll be surprised.

quote:

Huckabee? Improvement. Pawlenty? Improvement. ME? Improvement. At least with barry you can now say, ANYBODY can be president of the USA! Your housecleaner? IMPROVEMENT.

Compared to the reckless spending and tax strategy of the Bush years, we have an improvement. Your loosing sight of the fact that the Bush tax cuts were in place before this recession and didn't do much to prevent it. When Bush took office, we were 4 trillion in debt, after the last year of the Bush budget, we were 12 trillion in debt.

I say cut all the taxes.. Make them all ZERO.. That will spur even more economic growth.. Fire everyone who gets a government paycheck.. Tell the retired they are on their own. If you want to be safe from criminals, hire your own security. And we can have YOU as president. Maybe you can have Palin as your first lady, and Lady GaGa in a cabinet position on contemporary culture.

. Hey, question for you barry lovers... why did both he and his Domme Michelle give up their bar licenses? Just one of many things about this guy that is curious.

You think there going to need it? I can't see either one ever needing to represent another in court. And it's long said a lawyer who represents himself has a fool for a client.

I only hope he picks Palin as a running mate. They would be a cute couple after all. And that way, we can be assured neither will ever get elected.

Perhaps because they will not be practicing law for the next few years and the cost of keeping up ones license includes malpractice insurance and other fees that ammount to several thousands of dollars.
One would think that someone with your obvious knowledge of finance would recognize that one does not spend money foolishly.
Now you know and you can remove that little issue from your hatred of the black guy that is your president.
