i did a search, using "corset training"....came up with almost nothing.
i was wondering if anyone has experience of/with corset training? i.e., are there specific exercise routines? specific diet? etc.
i would welcome any input.

Wow...surprised that your search yielded so little as this topic has been covered many times. I have sometimes found the same kind of results though when I search for something. There is a current thread on the Health and Safety Board on the same topic.

The "view related threads" feature is pretty useless, but if you search by clicking on"search" at the top right corner, then put in "corsets" and change the search options to topics and subjects you will get 2 pages of threads on corsets.
