Welcome! I'm also living in your city right now and I'm with the local pansexual BDSM group. I don't know of any gay male Masters there, however.

Maybe the pan-sexual BDSM group might open up there place for a night to rent for gay and bisexual men in to BDSM? This expense shared by all. This would start out small but would certainly grow.
