Quite frankly, I often fantasize about things I am physically incapable of doing or things that I fear so horribly that I would have a very hard time voluntarily doing them. The fact that I cannot do those things or fear them in no way detracts from the what these fantasies represent: my passion for submitting and feeling the effects of control. Speaking and thinking about such things is more than just "nice and sexy talk" to me, it's an expression of one's submissive nature; not a direct order to the dominant to "fuck me this way next time, buddy!"
While we express such things because it is fun to and because it informs our partners of what we are open toward, sometimes doing so can result in a desire coming true. If I were a dominant and my submissive had problems with her neck, but said this to me, I would do it perhaps with a leash connected to a belt around her waist or to a set of handcuffs. Being pulled along with both arms cuffed in front of you is quite hot. If she were pierced, perhaps the leash could be attached under her skirt or even to a large septum ring.
To the OP: the "dragging" part sounds especially fun to me (imagines self in high heels, trying very hard not to fall flat on her face when keeping up with his much longer stride, and woe to me if I should see anything cool in a shop window and pause to stare--the dragging would then begin in earnest!). [:D]
The dragging reminds me just a little of Second Life. When your avatar is pulled around on a leash in that 3d world, it is often done so in sudden jerks, especially if your dominant starts walking and you don't notice because you're busy drooling over all the perverted sex-shop displays or fetish outfits. I've often seen submissive avatars on leashes who are on their hand and knees but facing backwards (for some reason the rendering software frequently does that with leashes and that pose), being yanked all over the place, backwards, by their busy, impatient dominants. It's quite the humiliating sight, and I'm rather thankful we cannot get that effect in real life leashings.
