Yep.. that's an actual profile here at collarme. Another profile "approved" by the powers that be. Saddens me to see such things falling under the same umbrella.. sharing the term "BDSM community".

I know this topic has been beaten to death, i just can't believe people like this are allowed to solicit this kind of business here.

You gotta remember that TPTB are all overworked unpayed volunteers. There's only about two dozen of them and new profiles - or newly modified profiles - come in all the time. There are really only a few criteria for being rejected, and even those some times slip through the cracks. Whenever I see some profile like the one you've expertped, I always just laugh and mutter something to the effect of "lotsa luck fella". Frankly I think they're trolling just as much as the HNGs that try the shotgun approach to getting laid - the difference being that the shotgun approach is proactive. This ain't Ebay with bondage. You gotta sell yourself to get any kind of attention. Anyone who thinks they can just sit there and wait for the money to come rolling in is sadly mistaken. Even the guys with a fetish for money dommes have access to better on this site.

I'm sorry guys and i hate to be so negative about this. It's just that profiles like this show a complete lack of respect for fellow community members. I mean after all, that's what this is isn't it... our community? This lack of respect is insulting to me as a submissive man.

I suppose it just really strikes a chord with me, because like many of you here, it's taken an awful long time of self realization, and sometimes emotional pain, to accept who we are, only to have profiles like the one above flick us away like a meaningless insect.

I just wish the criteria for an acceptable profile was a little more stringent, and focused on what a BDSM and pansexuality is about. Exploiting money from emotionally confused men is hardly my idea of it. There's just something wrong when the rules accept this kind of profile, but my ability to speak out about it should be squelched and the thread erased because i might be offending someone.

Why does this profile make me want to get her & the so called subbie who is running the scam where he begs women to order gift certificates in the thousands of dollars. I think they would be a perfect match!

Let me first say that I totally understand your frustration with this. I don't see Financial Domination as a black & white issue as even though I do not engage in it I see it as a legitimate kink.

But that excerpt you provide is pretty gross.

Do you know that the collarme.com staff could use a few reviewers and mods? I'm not sure what the investment is in terms of time but my opinion would be that if you want to fix the problem, be a part of the solution.

I can't see what the problem is, and agree with Mistress Dread.

We have brains in order to think and therefore to make decisions.

In other words we can choose to use the services of a professional, or we can choose not to.

Personally, I see nothing wrong with being completely upfront, and saying to people this is what I do and this is what you will do.

There is no compulsion on anyone to do anything.
